Thought that was the end of the blogs today……dropped the laptop and took a nice chunk out of it…still works though, so here’s today’s blog. Left camp early this morning and made our way to Tennant Creek via the Devil’s marbles. This place was amazing, we must have taken 100 pics. It is an extremely peaceful and spiritual place and really makes you feel very insignificant amongst all the natural beauty. It is very difficult to do this place justice in a few pics, all I can say is it should be on every Australian’s visit list. And yes…..the sky really is that blue. We called into Tennant Creek to stock up on supplies and are made our way to Elliot which is a camping area on the Stuart Highway on Aboriginal land about 240kms north of Tennant Creek. Its very quiet here, Rod and I are the only ones here, except for a few peacocks.

Peacocks around the campsite at Elliott.
