Had a late start today. After doing lots of sitting in the car we decided to go for run this morning, across the bridge at Paringa and along the banks of the Murray River. It felt so good! After that we packed up camp and headed to Tanunda in the Barossa.

Paringa Bridge over the Murray River – pedestrians walk down the centre with traffic on either side – a bit daunting when a road train goes past.

We decided we might treat ourselves so we headed to Jacobs Creek Visitors Centre and Winery for a lovely lunch, topped off with Mandarin Crepe Suzette and Toffee Ice Cream (I’m so pleased we went for that run this morning!) We stocked up on a bottle or two, or three, and then set up camp in Tanunda for the night to sample our wares. Here’s cheers!

Yum!
