Time to say goodbye to our home on the beautiful south coast of NSW and head north to start our lap of this amazing country. We have said our farewells and our new home on wheels is packed and ready to take us on our adventure.

Our previous outback adventure (which you can read about here) was in a 4WD and camper trailer so this time we are a little more comfortable, with a lot less set up time, so hopefully we can spend more time sitting back enjoying the views, with a much easier set up – we certainly aren’t getting any younger!

Our new home, affectionately named “Where’s Wallee?” (or ‘Boxy Lady’ depending on the day) is a Jayco Conquest RM20-5 Motorhome. Not too big, not too small with just enough home comforts.

After a lovely visit with the Grandies on the Northern Beaches we are heading to our first stop at Bulahdelah for the night, then venturing further up north, following the coast to Yuraygir National Park near Grafton.

Next stop will be Bundaberg, Agnes Waters and then on to Proserpine to catch up with Jodie, KJ and Zephyr. We will then continue on through the Northern Territory, Western Australia, South Australia and back home, completing the lap.

Cheers for now.
