Went for a swim at Zebedee Springs which is a permanent thermal spring fed via a fault line from a permanent supply of water deep within the earth. The water temperature is 28-32 degrees Celsius all year. The cliff faces and slopes around the springs are up to 1800 million years old and are known as “King Leopold Sandstone”. After an invigorating swim we went for a walk to Amalia Gorge, which was challenging, but good fun. Back to the camp tonight for a few reds and some good laughs at some of the photos that were taken today of Rod helping to shove me up a few cliffs and over large bolders…..and no……… those photos will not make it to this blog.
